Diversity. History. Success.
ABOUT NOEL
As far as I can remember I’ve always had the spirit and passion to volunteer. There is a sense of pride in helping others without expecting something in return. As I became older, that flicker only grew more. I have followed that passion by volunteering with Spring Branch ISD, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Go Tejano Committee, HLSR Speakers Committee, Alpha Psi Lambda Mu Chapter, State Farm, Binglewood Civic Club, and St. Jerome Catholic Church ACTS and other organizations throughout the community.

I decided to make a greater leap in this direction by running for Position 3 on the Spring Branch ISD School Board. Spring Branch has been my home for 25 years. As a proud product of Spring Branch ISD, I attended Spring Shadows Elementary, Northbrook Middle and graduated from Northbrook High School in 2001. I then attended the University of Houston and graduated from there debt free with no financial help.

I am the complete T-2-4 model that the district has discussed and promoted for the past several years. I successfully learned English, completed high school in four years, and pursued and completed a college degree. I own an Insurance Agency. I’m a 4 in the T-2-4 model and proud of it!

Our community has many challenges that I will address with my perspective of the challenges. As a Hispanic, bilingual immigrant parent who successfully completed the system, I have firsthand experience in the challenges our students and teachers have.

Every child deserves the individual attention for their success. Every child deserves a voice. We need a new look and we need a board member with my life experiences in the Spring Branch school system and community.

I look forward to having your support and ask you to vote for me, Noel Lezama, to represent every child and every teacher in Spring Branch ISD on May 5th.

Thank you and God bless you all!
  1. Diversity: the art of thinking independently together.

What Noel Lezama's Supporters are Saying
"Noel Lezama is the perfect fit for the SBISD School Board. Noel is a product of SBISD’s vaunted T-2-4 initiative and proves that our program really works! His actual experience as a former SBISD student will provide a breath of fresh air for the Board and practical advice for the District’s administrators. Noel KNOWS what works...he has my vote." - Catherine Hofstad
"As a fellow Northbrook High School graduate I know the importance of education in Spring Branch and I know that Noel Lezama will do great as Spring Branch ISD Board of Trustees Position 3 here in Houston, Texas. You have my vote." - Ottmar Nolasco
"We absolutely need Noel Lezama on the board of SBISD. He and his wife are Northbrook HS Graduates, and the quintessential definitions of "T-2-4" success stories. He believes in this district so much that he has stayed in Spring Branch to raise his family. Noel brings a perspective that is unique to the school board and one that we truly need if SBISD is to continue to be the quality district that attracts families and businesses and gives all of our children the best possible foundation for success." - Hon. Theresa Kosmoski
